White boy cant jump

Tuesday, April 15th, 2008

Yea, so yesterday the Alliance multimedia crew put together a “see who can ollie the highest over a wall without killing yourself” contest. The contest was at the famous projects wakeboard camp in east Orlando. There were a bunch of people that showed up, uh Trevor Hanson was there, Andrew Adkison, Mr. House, J.D., Shane, Watson, Clay Fletcher, Jimmy Trask among many others. JD went first and he set the bar by clearing 45 inched I think and I unfortuneately was not able to clear that. However if you give me a basketball I will dunk all in your face without a question. So im gonna skip a few hours of detail and cut to the chase, Andrew does infact have ups, I was a little surprised even though I shouldnt be, but that white boy CAN jump. Andrew ended up winning the ollie title for 08. Who knows when they will hold this prestigeous event again, but one things for sure, Corey Bradley will not be your winner cause this White Boy cant jump. Im gonna go ahead and blame it on my height, “Im too tall.”

Someone should check the spelling of this post.

The Office.

Saturday, April 5th, 2008

Have you ever watched a tv show so many times that even though extremely funny the first few times you saw it, by the 30th time it becomes dull and just doesn’t have that same effect it once had. Well NBC’s The Office is not that show. Since Club 506 owns every season of this show out on DVD it seems that not a day goes by with out it gracing our tv screens. I love it and you should too, which I am sure you do.
And that leads me to my next point. Wakeboarding is fun. And Zane did give himself a swollen eye by hitting himself in the face with a handle. Although near certain death also certainly funny. I guess that when the limits get pushed someone is bound to get taken down. Next time around it will probably be me. Until then.

Coffee!

Saturday, April 5th, 2008

Whats up everyone, this is my first post and i’m pretty pumped about it. I signed up awhile ago, but was to lazy to get around to submiting a post. All that changed acouple days ago when i became a coffee drinker. My roommate, riders Anthony Hollick and Kyle Alberts, always enjoyed waking up with a warm cup of coffee. I’d always been agianst it, figuring i wasn’t the coffee type, but yesterday I figured “why not try”. There are qualifications to be a coffee drinker; not everyone can pull it off. First, you have to wake up early. Second, while drinking you have to talk about important/intelligent things, or pretend to. Third, there has to be a place to drink it, somewhere you can sit down and enjoy your surroundings. So, i woke up earlier than i had in months, and enjoyed my first cup of coffee on the back porch overlooking the lake. Wow, i don’t drink soda or anything with caffiene, so the coffee hit me hard. I swear i did more that day than i ever have in a week. Now i’m on day two, and look at this, i’m submiting a blog. I already painted my room, visited with our 80 yr old neighbor, owned it on Rockband for Xbox 360, rode, and cleaned the boat! Speaking of our older neighbor, we just moved into a retirement neighborhood, with us being the only ones under 75, but i’ll fill you in on that at a later time. Back to the topic, coffee. I recomend anyone who doesn’t drink it, try it. And those of you that do, if you want to enjoy a cup with myself and my roommates, let us know! I’m off to get another cup, who knows what else i’ll get done today.

2008 is going to be neat.

Mom jokes will never die.
Also, whoever invented the word blog needs to be choked out.
Moving on..

When you see the 2008 team poster, I want you to think about how ridiculous it is. After that, think about how hard it had to be to get nine severely intellectually challenged riders to come together and build an aquatic masterpiece. Some funny stuff went down. All of it captured on video.
