Andrew got it right. It was a good day. 87 and not a cloud in the sky. The only problem was the sun shining off of the glassy rollers coming into the double up and making it nearly impossible to see. Although glassy water is never a problem. And we only had two fat side sacs in the boat.  But what kind of people would we be if we let this bother us. We had just as much fun on the small wake today and we would’ve had on a behemoth one. Rad day for sure.

New boat old friends
Monday, March 9th, 2009 Derek and Nick made it out for a set on the new boat today. Unfortunately I didn’t get any riding shots for ya. Just one of them smiling real cheesy. I feel like you can tell from their expression how we all felt about todays session.
It was a super nice day for riding. Probably the best of the year this far. It was 80 and the lakes were glass all day.
I’m shooting for wakeboarding mag tomorrow morning and headed off to the projects after that to ride the system 2.0. I’ll keep you updated, Andrew

Monday, March 9th, 2009If you get a chance, check out Frontside Films’ Damon Chamberlain’s new teaser.  If you watch the Discovery Channel much, like I do, you notice a ton of graphics and 3D effects with animation.  This is done in a program called Motion 3.  The amount of time it takes to create these effects I’m sure has cause several divorces, but the finished project, is beautiful.  From watching Damon’s teaser, you can tell he has done his research.

Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009I assume everyone is enjoying their day off from work as today is National Square Root Day.  If you are not familiar with a square root, it is a spicy type of soup.  It is so good, it gets it’s own holiday.
For those who do not use Apple products, shame on you.  Our pro team was sponsored by Apple roughly a year ago.  We worked the deal out so we each got iPhones.  It is a very big deal and we are honored to be a part of such a great company.  The only stipulations to the sponsorship was we had to buy the phones and as well as the AT&T service, but believe you me, we are stoked.
