Yesterday we went to the Logan cable park. There was some pretty cool rails set up. One of them being the best A frame i have hit in a long time. It was a blast the angles on it where perfect and the top was a perfect length to either gap or hit the top. It was a lot of fun watching Corey try to perfect his S bend to blind as well. He has got that thing in the bag. Justin Abbott the CWB rep over here did some riding as well and was showing us some huge petes of the kicker. After we wore our selfs out completely on the cable we went out on the Logan river with Harley Clifford behind his boat and that was a lot of fun as well. The Logan river is a narrow stretch that has a ton of bull sharks in it. So the goal is to spend as little time in the water as possible. Great times. Today we are headed to BLI BLi which is another cable an hour away. We are set up to do some autographs and baby kissing for the afternoon so it will be cool. Pictures coming soon!!!

Hello From the other side of the world! Literally! Hopefully at least one person reading this blog has flown to Australia and can back me up when I tell everyone else that it takes for ever to get here!!! haha Besides the super long flight and the jet lag things have been awesome over here. We just finished the 2nd APWT stop at Stoney Park. It was a great event. Its a cool little man made lake with a bunch of rails. The tournament went pretty good except for a bit of wind towards the end of the day. Corey rode really well and had some unfortunate luck with his head to head and in the end didn’t advance to the final. I ended up getting 3rd which was great considering how bad the water was. Tomorrow we are driving a couple hours to New Castle and flying from there to Brisbane to do some clinics and photo shoots. Hopefully we will get to do some tow in surfing as well. Corey took some photos of the event that are on his computer so we will load those up for ya to have a look at as soon as we can. Corey and I were planning on making these blogs happen everyday but apparently we didn’t for see the complete lack of internet everywhere we would be going! So this week looks promising for a lot of internet so we will keep you posted.. Thanks

You know there are so many what if’s when you are packing for a 3 week trip. What if I need more t shirts? What if this bag is too big and I get charged for it at the airport? What if the weather is different then what I packed for? So many uncertainties its hard to make any decisions. But I am a professional so I got it dialed. I am packing right now to leave tomorrow for the Australian PWT. It is going to be a fun trip and I am going to be blogging a bunch to keep you all in the know of what’s going on. Corey, Andrew and I will be there for the whole tour. Driving around Australia with a bunch of boards, cameras and friends making our time there the best that we can. I am looking forward to doing some tow in’s with the Weatherall’s and just hanging out with all my “Mate’s” in Oz. Its going to be fun so stay tuned for some exciting stories!!!!

I just got home from Reno Nevada this morning. We were in the great city of Reno this week for the Final stop of the PWT 08. As many of you are aware there are several reasons that the average traveler travels to Reno. I would rank gambling around the top of this list. Reno is like Vegas in many ways and when I say many ways I mean that they have all the same games to win or loose money. Let me say this first I am a terrible gambler! I really enjoy sitting at the table and playing Blackjack and Three card poker but the reality is that I suck at it. I understand all the rules and odds and know when I should hit or stay but I loose 9 out of 10 times i enter a casino. Lucky for me I have gotten wiser over the years in realizing this therefore playing for smaller amounts just to have a good time and not loose a stupid amount of money. I tell you all this about myself so that I can tell you about Corey Bradley. Corey absolutely sucks at gambling as well. The difference between him and I is the way that we go about sucking at gambling. Like I said before I know the odds and play them and Loose. Corey isn’t even aware that there are odds in a casino and play’s the games in the most terrible fashion but wins. Before I go further I want everyone to know that I love Corey and I am in no way making fun of his gambling knowledge I am just merely pointing out the things that I saw. So to make a long story short here are the highlights. Throughout the weekend I spent most of my time at the blackjack table. I had a plan to bet small and just grind it out and make a little money. What ended up happening was the complete opposite, I bet small but lost the majority of the hands played resulting in me loosing about $200. Corey played a little blackjack though out the weekend with very little success. Where Corey really stepped it up was at the Roulette table. I watched Corey put 100 on black and win. most people would be content and grab there 200 and walk not Corey he “LET IT RIDE”. Won again. Now with 400 even more people would walk but again Corey “LET IT RIDE”. Corey “LET IT RIDE” four times in a row and left the table with $1600 dollars in his hand. Not to bad for 5 minutes. Corey didn’t stop there he continued to play Roulette all weekend and ended up leaving Reno this Morning with just shy of $10,000 in his piggy bank. Congrats to Corey for his big winnings. I hate casinos!

I am in the middle of day 2 on a trip that will last a little bit over a month and if I can say something “I am psyched”. No seriously! Normally that would be a sarcastic comment but not today. I am in Tennessee right now at the Supra team catalog shoot. Reed, Josh, Austin and myself are sitting here in the team house having a little break after a morning of shredding. We had a pretty good morning and I don’t want to give to much away but there was some pretty gnarly tricks going down. After this week I am off to Portland for the Tige Pro Am. Then we have a big week for team CWB with our house boat trip to eastern Washington. It is going to be a really fun trip this year. We have got some awesome stuff planned for this year and I think that when you all get to see it you will be pumped. Then after a week on the house boat I am off to AZ for the 4th PWT. Then right after that I am going to the Philippines for the first stop in the WWA World Series. Then I will get to go home for 1 day and then go to Reno for the last PWT. So like I said it is going to be a long month but my bags are packed and my spirits are high so i will keep you all up to date as I am sure I will get delayed and have extra blogging time.

So I just got an email from Steve Bates our team manager. It was titled “Blog” and the body of the email was telling me that i need to Blog on the website because everyone else on the team has been Bloging there faces off and I haven’t done one yet. So with absolutely no excuse other then I didn’t realize we were doing this already here I am for your reading pleasure! The biggest problem that I am having with doing this Blog right now is that I don’t have anything to talk about at this particular time… oh wait…. Ok I have something… CWB TV #2. If you haven’t watched this episode yet go ahead and do it I will wait……………………………………………………. Pretty dang funny right? Man we had an awesome time doing that shoot. From the angle that we were shooting it from you really can’t tell but when Corey said that he almost drown building the pyramid he is being being very serious. Some of the other things that the video doesn’t show you is the temperature of the air when we were in the pool. I don’t know the exact temp but it was freezing. We spent at least 30 to 45 min looking at the water in the pool before anyone jumped in. I don’t know if anyone has picked it up yet from our teams silly antics but we all get along really well and have a great time doing the stuff we do. So look for some pretty funny stuff to happen over the course of the next year…
Peace out kids.
