Interview

Full Name?

Andrew Chuch Norris Adkison

Birthdate?

04/08/88 ?

What board and binding set up are you riding this season?

Reverb and Standard. Haven't quite decided yet. Also made a new trick on the Dowdy recently so I'm a bit torn at the moment. Check back in the spring.

Where do you live now?

Just North of Panama City, FL on lovely Lucas Lake. We did the 2015 Team shoot here so finding pics of this paradise shouldn't be too hard.

Who do you look up to in wakeboarding?

Shaun Murray

One place you would like to travel?

Home. I remember it being a good place but it's been a while. Anywhere in South America would be great as well. Argentina is on my list!

Childhood hero?

Kevin Bacon's character in the Movie Tremors and Michael Jordan of course.

Where is your favorite place to ride?

Lucas Lake or Blue Pond

Are you competing in any contests this coming season?

Yes, TBA but I plan to pick of as many of the upcoming WWA World Ranking Series as I can.

What would you say is the best part about riding for CWB?

I get to pick on all the new jacks. That and CWB has given me an outlet to continue my career with them beyond just riding. Really enjoying the opportunity to Rep CWB in the South East.

What are you looking forward to this summer?

Lots of water time. Being the new Sales Rep in the South East is allowing me to reconnect with the people and dealers that originally pushed my to the pro ranks. Reconnecting with the purity and joy of our sport at the grassroots level has been a blessing. That will only fuel my fire to do well at the Pro events I compete in. I'd also like to repeat my Gold at the up Pan American Games.

If you could have one superpower what would it be?

To speak every language.

What would you do if you couldn't wakeboard?

Rep the South East Territory for CWB. Ha kidding. My goals have always been to be involved in wakeboarding in one way or another. Weather that's propped up by 5 tournaments a year or 25 I will be involved in our sport.

Have you filmed for any videos lately?

Just a parody of Forrest Gump where I run to the lake shedding my knee brace and ride away into the sunset. Funnier to see than to describe.

Favorite television show?

Parks and Recreation is way up there

Favorite movie?

Tremors, duh!

Sponsors?

CWB, Summit Marine Hydraulic Boat lifts, C & C Boat Works (MasterCraft), TBA
